Poor management. Not aligned. Advised to perform a task one way, then told by another to do things differently. It's Office Space all over again. Terrible communication. Seems everyone is on a need to know basis, information not always shared but has direct impact on one's day to day. Constant chaos. Expectations to work late, weekends, holiday without increased headcount. When you work 60hrs a week, you just end up watering down your salary, if youre given a decent one. Company inconsistent with bonuses. No true measurement, just a temp check of market/society to determine amount they feel like giving. Promotions are given to yes men, not those that deserve. Inexperienced "directors" that don't actually manage a team.

The toxic communication from leadership on down is shocking. The workload expectations are, at best unrealistic, and at worst, soul crushing. Turnover is so high, you can expect to do two jobs at all times. Leadership believes that tension is good, because it makes you work harder. That's a quote. I cannot stress enough how awful this company is to work for.
