Pros

A really great place to work, excellent people, good benefits (healthcare, bonuses, good pension etc). Lots of progression opportunities as fast-growing.

Cons

Demanding, and often comes with expectations of unpaid extra hours. Slow to hire extra people to help workloads or grow teams. Not always "fair" in the way they give promotions or new roles. Have known some people require interview for a promotion, others just given one, with same experience levels and job suitability.

Money and benefits were good Opportunities to move around the company Nice people to work with Things move fast so you are never board of the work you are doing

Cons

The moto progress over perfection makes the company seem to move past things too quickly. Its always a firefight with seemingly no plan or long term vision. It is working out well but when you are focused on fixing the companies issues and you jump from one to the other without ever finishing anything, it can be frustrating.
