Pros

The Company is growing quickly but has retained some of the positive features of a smaller company such as open communication and accessibility of management. The Leeds office is friendly and there is flexibility to wfh some days. Change is a key feature of the company, there is often a new initiative or a new product.

Cons

It depends if you view change as something to be welcomed. If you don't then you probably won't enjoy it here.
