      Fast paced with a lot of hold ups, and dead ends for products.

      Pros

      Liked the colleagues, very helpful, opportunity to speak to many sectors, partake in test trials of products, some nice perks.

      Cons

      To many hands in trying to streamline the work, causing issues with finalizing it. Constant changing of ideas causing delays, egos from higher management which didn’t help in helping the process, many talented people not appropriately utilized…

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are decent but as others have said, think of it as hazard pay. The people who do the work to design, build and test products are very smart and are great coworkers. If there is a silver lining to the chaos of the company it is that there is no shortage of opportunities to own projects and build a reputation for yourself, even as a new employee. If you can put up with the cons then SharkNinja can be a rewarding place to work.

      -Huge amounts of time are wasted because of catering to micromanaging executives or because changing priorities renders yesterday's work obsolete -Senior leadership recognizes that employees are burnt out and have high attrition but dont try to fix it because they view the company culture as a key part of their success. -It is impossible to leave work at work. It WILL follow you home. -Leadership seems to have very little optimism in our products. Daily meetings have a despairing mood which sets the tone for the rest of the day. -No professional technical development for employees unless you want to go into management -You will not learn many technical skills that can be transferred to other companies.
