Pros
This is a place that if you work hard (and often) you can rise up very quickly and gain a ton of experience. I would recommend because you learn to be independent, increase business acumen and if you don't plan on staying for long you can learn a lot and live to tell the story while making slightly less money elsewhere. High base pay + bonus potential Travel/food perks For the most part the people who actually do the work day to day are some of the smartest and most hard working I've ever worked with.
Cons
Lacks work/life balance.. even for cpg industry from what I've heard. Management is a roller coaster, who gets promoted is questionable at times HR is utterly non-existent.
