Fast paced, highly dynamic, beautiful interior in the office. great for new graduates to gain experiences and learn Cross functional Teams.

Cons

There’s no process whatsoever. The top c-suite execs micromanage everything. You are constantly reworking things and working late only to be told to redo the work you just did. Unreasonably short timelines are given for 90% of the work that you’re expected to do. Zero work life balance and design by committee at its finest.
