Senior management is vision-less. Work environment is laid back and toxic. Managers don't want you to grow because they are afraid of losing their positions to you. Managers downplay any new suggestions given to them. High employee turnover and low retention rate. No focus on improving technical, functional or behavioural skills of the employees.
