      Entrepreneurial spirit which allows you to learn cross functionally. Make great products which allows me to personally stand behind our brands. Career acceleration is a key focus and allows people to take on breakthrough initiatives that are outside of the comfort zone

      Often pivoting which in some cases could generate throwaway work, but again that's what allows us to be and stay competitive.
