Very nice colleagues, good pay in the country in comparison with other workplaces. Everyone is friendly.

Cons

Very little introductory training. A massive amount of work every day which goes underpaid. Long working hours Very few benefits if any at all. Extreme micro management. Overtime is not paid, you will be able to use it to get off early another day but only if there isn't much work to do.
