Remote work opportunity was great, Initial reporting structure was to a VP in IT, then a VP in the UK, then to a US based manager. This limited direction provided for a newly created position was not set up for success. 3 realignments a year plus in the position made it clear this company was in a growth phase with limited ability to keep up with its organization structure.
