Pros

Working at SharkNinja is intense, but very rewarding. The work is fun and getting hands on with so many products is exciting. The people working here make the company, everyone is welcoming and the culture is fantastic.

Cons

The work-life balance can become difficult because a lot of the management is based in the US making late meetings a common occurrence. Role changes happen often and this can cause issues with who you are reporting to as well as what you are responsible for. The turn over is high, people are regularly let go with minimal notice.
