Constant growth & demand for time

It would be great if everyone just mainly focused on achieving the product goals and validating everyone’s ideas. There were times where I was told not to reach out to the VP without my managers approval which is hilarious. Leadership at the exec level was amazing, who was focused and had goals for the company and product. However, I don’t think it should really matter if a person is junior or senior - everyone should have a voice to raise their questions, be honest with what works and what doesn’t, and be open to new ideas. You only get to move up in the company if they like you.
