- compensation is competitive at onset

Cons

- poor culture - all look out for themselves - no transparency, 180 degree turns with no thought or direction in mind - people treated as cogs in the machine, without oil; just replace the cog - company holds on raises despite strong performance (no inflationary raises etc.)
