Enterpreneurial Spirit, if you are just starting your career this is the place to be. They appreciate fresh faces and reward new ideas from them. You get to lead early on.

Cons

Not a place for growth as key success metric is " To be CEO's favorite" which is unrealistic given the scale and size of the company now. So, when you can't become his favorite, you become easily dispensable.
