      New leadership has turned workplace toxic

      New product innovation; decent bonus payout; employee share plan

      Cons

      The culture here has changed significantly since being listed publicly, putting unrealistic pressure and unsustainable goals on its employees. Leadership is entirely opaque and uncommunicative. Even with multiple complaints from numerous sources about the same individual (at the SLT level) to HR, nothing has been addressed. If you're looking for worklife balance or recognition, look elsewhere.

      Things are not what they appear to be.

      Pros

      Interesting products and some descent people.

      Cons

      There has been tons of recent layoffs done quietly so it's not reported. But let it be known, you aren't given a reason to be laid off. Imagine everyone running scared at this time trying to hold on to their job. There is no work life balance. Toxicity is everywhere and people will throw you under the bus. You only get promoted if you play the game by sucking up and drinking the cool-aid. Otherwise, no matter how good you are, you will get cut loose. As for the other reviews, they are right on the money, unfortunately everything is built on chaos and confusions. Too many rookies on the job with high leadership roles need to go. The company has a lot of potential for the greater good, but it fails to deliver on those promises.

      Pros

      Pay is good and the company is doing well overall. You get exposure to executives a lot and they’re open to trying new things.

      Cons

      You have to keep excel spreadsheets of everything you’re doing. They try calling it HR’s “true edge” (that’s the euphemism here for working yourself to death) but it’s really just to prove that P&C is doing everything for the executives. The executives aren’t expected to lead their people, HR has to do that for them.
