Good pay, cool products, nice office.

Cons

Poor management, confusing corporate hierarchy, big egos that win over consumer needs. Over-working due to lack of organization peoples inability to make decisions early on. management is very corporate and see failure as an embarrassment - as such there are lots posturing and hiding, using corporate jargon to shed responsibility. Not good environment for honest design work.
