      SharkNinja has a very greedy, power-mad leadership team who uses toxic masculinity to run their company. This trickles down to their middle-management. My day-to-day was corrupted by several managers/directors at Ninja due to their inability to be respectful of their co-workers. After moving to a company that enables a positive work environment, I feel happy and amazed at how I ever could’ve withstood such disgusting conditions.
