Good pay, good bonuses IF you're on salary, decent benefits and perks- but thats it!!

Cons

EVERY day is a fire, no planning, no foresight, 20yr old senior mangers, 21yr old directors, etc. etc. etc. They really dont make products here...... they all seek to please the Presidents favorite colors, whims, etc. etc. etc. The more senior you are, the more you can get away with dis-connecting yourself from the constant chaos, do what you want, pull people off of their work to get your own stuff done! Most people will lie to your face, then walk all over you behind your back............ Like I said- RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!
