Lots of good connections to be made. Good benefits. Lots of opportunity to work on different things.

Cons

Corporate environment, can be stressful due to bad management. Good work life balance can be hard to have here. At times fast pace environment hurts the business more than helps, lots of things looked over or could be prevented if spent more time considering performance impacts.
