SharkNinja cannot seem to figure out executive level hiring. I continue to hear horrific accounts of some of the newer executive team members. There is not enough oversight from the CEO to prevent the fast havoc done by bad new leaders. Some of the bad leaders do get pushed out some time later, but often by then they've already driven out good people and hired bad ones that are like themselves. It then takes a long time to get rid of all the bad hires (if ever). If SharkNinja can't get hiring right at the senior level, it will continue to be a toxic place to work. Even if you start on a great team with great coworkers, things can quickly change and turn south.

-Management is not in touch, and makes no good faith efforts to be in touch -They are *constantly* losing good engineers. The running theme is forcing engineers to be powerpoint junkies, and do 10% actual mechanical design, if that. -The worst managers will stay (minus Lloyd, hes great) and get promoted to director. The worst directors will get promoted to VP. Once you're a manager, its politics, not merit. The ambition runs wild in middle management, and its really all about placating Mark, the president, with powerpoint slides and optimistic timelines. -90% of the time, they'll reserve the bump up to Sr. if they think you're on the precipice of quitting. Good luck making it beyond that. -They'll take advantage of you with salary and raises unless you fight for it -Relentless meetings, even if you're at the bottom of the totem pole.
