Products are complex and you will never be bored. You see all sides of the business and learn a ton. No matter role or seniority everyone holds a lot of ownership and greatly impacts overall project.

Cons

Impossible standards, impossible deadlines, work all hours of the day including holidays. You will be expected to work twelve hours a day with no downtime, and weekends to meet deadlines. Leadership very toxic and loves to use corporate buzzwords to make the place sound more innovative and inviting than it is. Eventually everyone burns out
