      Cons

      No engineering, no development, only resale of finished goods from China that copy technology from others. Very opportunistic leaders

      Pros

      Decent pay and free food. A good place to learn how to put out fires quickly.

      Cons

      No work life balance and all the "engineering" is dialing knobs. Real design done in china. They outsource everything - software, tolerance stacks, any half decent prototyping. Rarely touch CAD if you work in US office, regardless of title of MechE. Managers not actually trained in managing teams. Not a good place to learn best practices or really anything close to that
