      Good pay and benefits; great product; successful business and rapid growth

      Cons

      You have to enjoy firefighting to work here - nobody at senior levels is interested in structure or planning; in fact they seem to delight in the chaos. Not saying that is ‘bad’, but it’s not for everyone

      flickered minded and inexperienced management. you are likely to end up at scapegoat if you are not sitting in the room too much politics, look up at where the senior management were from and decide if this is for you.
