      This is a company that truly cares about and invests in its people! Last week, our president sponsored a 4-day Breakthrough Intensive session for me and 99 other top SharkNinja leaders from around the world. Unlike traditional Breakthrough training I have attended in the past, this session was unique in that it focused solely on our personal growth. Throughout the week, we practiced BEING THERE in our personal lives, celebrated our SUPERPOWERS, and embraced what makes each of us EXTRAORDINARY. I am so appreciative of the investment SharkNinja made in me - I truly believe this experience will make me a better mom, wife, sister, daughter, AND leader.
