Great office. Lots of good in office perks.

Cons

Unfair work load. No work/life balance. Expectation to work overtime everyday. In order to climb the ranks, need to work overtime and dedicate most of your time to the company. Very hard to get raise/promotion. Do not appreciate or recognize acheivements.
