Relaxed and Very slow paced.

Cons

Senior Managers or VPs gets to decide everything and does what they think is right for them personally, not for the company. HR and Marketing is really outdated. Making brand look cheap. Now I understand why people are leaving.

in my experience there is not really much downside. maybe some more comms from the non MSP side but this is MSP wide when at a client
