Very large company so lots of red tape long processes, multiple divisions that don't know what the other is doing

The last few years the raises got less and less until they just didn't offer one. They kept major issues, that affected our lives, quiet until the last minute. Management had some of the worst attitudes ever and half of them didn't know what it took to run their department. They also played favorites. Union representation was extremely poor. No time for family. We worked 7 days a week for 3 years. PLANT CLOSED DUE TO POOR MANAGEMENT!
