      Pros

      Company with a great reputation among the community. Great coworkers. Pros and cons vary from unit to unit.

      Cons

      Upper management tends to value patient satisfaction over employee satisfaction. Can be seen as good or bad, but can also make employees feel overworked and under appreciated.

      Pros

      good pay/benefits (I only pay maybe $30 a month for an extremely comprehensive medical and dental plan). Very hard to get fired. good bonuses/performance incentives in the form of bonuses, movie tickets, gift cards etc. Very good company to work at for lateral mobility/education (education reimbursement)

      Cons

      upward mobility is somewhat congested by coworkers who have been in positions for 10+ years (for example going from a clinical nurse to an advanced clinician to a manager is very difficult, but going from CNA to RN is very easy due to a lot of internal hiring)
