      Large corporation with plenty of movement opportunities. Great benefits. Great coworkers.

      Some leaders are allowed to treat their employees badly and even when reported, HR and other leaders excuse to ignore the bad behavior.

      Responsible for your own work, do not help others until you are fully done with your work or else you will be in trouble. Laughter and loud voices are not welcome.

      Cons

      Don’t work in Sharp Memorial unless you want to be part of a micro management and toxic setting.

      The staff truly cares about you and your well-being. Each floor has a positive moral and the nurses/staff are happy to be there. I felt very supportive and happy to come to work

      Cons

      Float pool can be challenging because you must be able to adjust to each floor without notice.
