      Sharp fosters an atmostspere of diversity, equality and inclusion. Providing the Sharp experience to staff, providers and patients is a theme here. Everyone is consistently positive and nice. Medical benefits are very inexpensive and the care is top notch. Sharp provides 401k, 403b

      Good pay, and great coworkers.

      Cons

      They laid off 33 paraprofessionals that had been employees for many years. So much for loyalty. Not! They only care about counting beans!
