Went from great to awful with new CIO

Nice break rooms (minus the swill free coffee)

Cons

This used to be a place where great work was encouraged and recognized. If you worked hard enough you might become manager and after a productive employment - retire. Under the new CIO upper management made veteran managers leave or step down, hired outside people unfamiliar with the system manage and keep shuffling department names and shuffling employees. It's a mess and the talented employees are bailing. Too bad, really.

Decent insentives....central locations...internal mobility...amazing patient clientele

Cons

Low grade management/supervisors. Supervisors are like a mafia..they lie cheat and lie..the old employees are less than welcoming to new employees without putting them through constant hazing. And their are backstabbers galore so be prepared to b thrown under the bus
