Pros
Some good docs to work along side , leads are generally good people, patients can make your day.
Cons
Managers and others are not fair and untrustworthy. If you are not a nurse, you are nothing . Alot of cliques. Don't expect to really be appreciated , do it because it is the right thing anyway. HR and Managers eat lunch together, you will never get a fair break so don't expect it, especially on the clinic side. The Speak English at Work is a farce and not enforced.
