Pros

Coworkers are nice people with kind hearts.

Cons

Poor compensation, lackluster benefits package, no bonuses for most of the employees, and organization does not appear to be invested in their employees. Lots of turnover throughout departments. Senior leadership does not value employees and does not address the high turnover.

Employees are really great. Great work life balance.

Cons

Management plays favorites from the top down. Don’t bother to go to Human Resources if you need any help. Rude and patronizing is the best way to describe all of them especially the HR Directors. They are not nice to employees actually just the opposite. I worked at one location and transferred. Found the HR department was just as unfriendly. I’m not an employee who gets into trouble so they don’t have an excuse.

The ability to work remotely is offered by most managers.

Cons

Overworked, we are hourly but OT is hard to get approved. End up working OT anyway without clocking it bc deadlines need to be met.

Please reach out to your local HR so that you could be compensated for the hours you've worked. We take these comments very seriously. If deadlines are not being met within a time frame, reach out to your local Supervisor to see what can be done. Any productive hours worked need to be compensated to you.
