      Pros

      Good salary for per diem staff, good flexibility. If Sharp had Epic, I’d never want to leave. You really feel appreciated as a sharp employee.

      Leadership structure is well layer out. While pay is slightly lower, there is a wealth of resources/ancillary staff to lighten the work load
