      Pros

      I feel that the staff such as the rn and patients have a really good connections together with updates and concerns.

      Cons

      The bad part about staff such as rn and patients is that since patients made connections with the rns in the hospitals I feel they should make a connection outside of the hospital like hanging out with them not in a bad way though.
