Pros

Insurance, co-workers, experience and career growth (external) potential.

Cons

Executive management plays favorites, management allowed to bully staff, inconsistent, unqualified, etc. There needs to be a serious overhaul of Directors and VPs. The system is ripe for lawsuits, and for good reason. Some department management is untouchable, but they are the biggest offenders. Longevity of staff can be detrimental to the vision, compliance and unable to think outside of "the way it's always been".

You'll always have a staff asking if you need anything or need any help. You'll never feel left behind. Also the food is pretty good here too.

The only cons would be that some of the patients tend to be a little difficult, but that's pretty much it l
