      Pros

      The pay is great compared to previous company. Not being obligated to work 8-5 is also a plus. You mainly work independently.

      Cons

      Things could be a bit more organized when working with other departments. There is sometimes or actually, quite often a delay in getting reports from other departments.

      Pros

      Great staff, someone always there to lend a hand if you have questions. Everyone works together to provide a quality hospital stay for the patients.

      Cons

      No pension plan, lower paying than ucsd. The CEO took forever to begin paying employees a fair rate for san diego. Lots of nurses leave for other hospitals

      Pros

      Excellent comprehensive benefit package for PT and FT employees. Large nonprofit healthcare company with many locations as well as employment opportunities

      Cons

      This depends greatly on your area of specialty and department that you work in. Some positions are the best you could ask for, but another site/department may not have the greatest environment/management.
