Cons
Low pay, no retirement, no benefits, no bonus, no appreciation shown to staff. Really dumb “Hospital Week” gifts with their brand on it, distance between management and staff. Doctors are highly regarded while the nurses and other staff are what truly matters. I do not feel appreciated in my job. Favoritism, no opportunity to advance in my career.
