      Great unit culture Decent benefits package Good hours

      Cons

      Administration is made up of business professionals, not healthcare professionals. Especially not nurses. They care about the bottom line, not their front line workers.

      Some good docs to work along side , leads are generally good people, patients can make your day.

      Cons

      Managers and others are not fair and untrustworthy. If you are not a nurse, you are nothing . Alot of cliques. Don't expect to really be appreciated , do it because it is the right thing anyway. HR and Managers eat lunch together, you will never get a fair break so don't expect it, especially on the clinic side. The Speak English at Work is a farce and not enforced.
