      Everything. They will make commitments to you and then break them whenever they feel like it.

      Pros

      Job was pretty good under former management .. Taking classes to enhance skill sets was highly promoted - Sharp as a whole also promoted taking classes to benefit the company..

      Cons

      New management decides to make changes in the data center - then all hell breaks loose. Changes got worse - not understanding IT and lack the technical skills too manage the data center -
