My husband and I both work for Sharp and have done so for 10 years. We are both highly dedicated and have a good work ethic, which fits right in with the values at Sharp. My particular unit strives for teamwork to accomplish our daily goals. We constantly receive excellent feedback from those that we serve.

Cons

I would like a more comprehensive benefits package.

Good role model for the kids through professional conduct whither at work or away through community involvement. But nothing should take the place of good parents or guardians being looked up to as positive role models in a child's life.

Cons

Learning from those of devise cultural backgrounds. Having patience with active listening skills are key in overcoming various barriers culture differences my pose.
