      Pros

      Great benefits, good culture. A job on the corporate side has so far offered a strong community of dedicated colleagues, reasonable time off/ PTO, great work life balance, and an awesome team (in my experience). My entire division (100+ employees), seems to have a similar experience, and that can’t be said for every organization. Sharp is a huge & diverse org, so there’s lots to learn!

      Cons

      No major red flags, but not all jobs age creates equal- an employee in marketing is going to have a different experience than a RN. But, such is the nature of healthcare

      Pros

      It is a good place to work as RN. People are nice and helpful. Uses EPIC, but it is new to the system so we are still on adjustment phase from CERNER. I feel supported whenever I float to different units.

      I started few months ago, None at the moment.
