Thank you for sharing your feedback. We know that being on the front lines of any business is challenging — especially in a complex industry like health care — and we value your opinion about how to make the job more manageable. We are focused on delivering the best possible experience to our customers, but we’re also focused on being the best place to work, and your input on improvement opportunities would be much appreciated.

Pros

Pay was very high. Health insurance was practically free for single people. Saved a lot of money. If you have a family, you will save thousands on appointments and surgeries. I worked with some amazing people from many walks of life. I wish I worked for them instead of the management they have still. Plenty to learn, if you really want to be in the field. Very easy to become a versatile, well-rounded, and an experienced laboratory individual.

Cons

Management. Worked at least two weekends a month. It was too difficult to take time off. It was easier to call in sick and use PTO that way, instead of actually requesting vacations. Management did not consider that their subordinates had lives outside of work. Worked almost every holiday, which made it hard to spend time with friends and family, especially with those that had to travel to SD.

Pros

Cheap benefits, obtained great experience, get to help patients

Cons

If you have complicated health issues the care received is sub-par, causes extreme anxiety, the goals put on employees are unrealistic such as the time constraints for each call *you can't choose the calls you get and the pt's need help*, timed for bathroom use*lots of UTI's, EHR constantly goes down and is outdated, bad communication from management, not enough providers for pt volume, management pretends to listen to our concerns but reply's as if they will consider adjusting things, company uses you to help train others and for special projects and then are dismissed like trash and give no recognition or appreciation, over worked, add new departments and ability to schedule for all departments and do not allow for extra time (sometimes schedule many different appointments and calls are more lengthy).
