Unethical behavior from executive leadership in the HR

Clinical care of RN's are one of the best; Solid compensation

Cons

There was unethical behavior that only received "lip service" and instead, individuals were promoted to executive positions. Several professionals from HR left the organization due to the toxicity and bullying behavior. Even if you "speak up" to the highest level you can, there is nothing that is done. However, staff are expected to have mutual respect. It is has been a slow decline of culture since the previous CEO left the organization.

A lot of opportunities for medical social workers: hospice, hospitals, clinics, home health, etc.

Cons

Never got a raise with lateral transfers. Some supervisors don't do 90 day reviews when you transfer, some do. When they don't you miss out on a raise.
