      The employees were always kept in the loop, had the opportunity to work from home

      Cons

      Favoritism, more work for less pay, and full-time positions are hard to obtain, no bilingual compensation

      Pros

      The organization is great company overall. They are great at motivating their employees to rise to the next level.

      Cons

      Depending on the manager, and the staff will determine your experience within the organization. A lot of the staff have been with the company for a long time and can be somewhat entitled. Some managers can be difficult to work.

      Great coworkers, infrastructure continually updated, strong union, full benefits even for part time employees . Good opportunities for advancement among facilities.

      Cons

      Frequent turnover of managers, some days very understaffed, work load can be quite heavy some days, you are told to write up any significant issues but never hear anything again
