      At Sharp Chula Vista there are no good things to say.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about their employee's. You just do what they say, don't question anything, your opinion doesn't matter. Some staff who are Leads should not be, they don't have the experience or education. Favoritism is HUGE at Sharp Chula Vista...HUGE!! No one backs you up. And they will stab you in the back and blame you for it.

      There are some really great individuals and teams here that are loyal and dedicated to improving patient care and making it “the best place to work” but the executive team lacks a clear plan and we are losing our best talent.

      Cons

      Executive leadership lacks diversity and are out of touch with needs of employees. Promoting people with the worst behaviors into high levels of leadership.
