My favorite thing about working at SharpSpring is the people. Everyone is genuinely kind, friendly and working hard to do their best. They’ve built a culture where mistakes are seen as learning opportunities and successes are celebrated and recognized. I feel that management truly cares about the employees and making an impact in the community.
Cons
The company is growing quickly so with that growth come some growing pains. Employees need to be nimble and flexible, which is not the ideal environment for everyone.
