Fast- paced, rich culture, great teams

Pros

If you enjoy a fast-paced environment where you are given the marketing dollars to do really extraordinary projects. You'll never be bored and you'll always be learning something new. SharpSpring helped me move from an old school marketer to expert digital marketer. It was like getting my digital marketing MBA on the job. The marketing team is a great group of people that are fun, work hard and really care about each other.

Cons

Don't expect a lot of hand holding. Great freedom and creativity, but you need to be comfortable running and being responsible for the results.

Pros

What I enjoy most about working at SharpSpring is the culture of continual growth and improvement. There's tons of collaboration within and across departments, and smart, talented people to help each other get the job done. The company perks and policies are all geared toward encouraging employees to feel productive, valued and a part of a community. Compared to workplaces where these kinds of efforts can feel inauthentic, at SharpSpring they're genuine and truly beneficial for our well being.

Cons

Constantly shifting priorities and processes can make the day-to-day feel chaotic. Adaptability is essential to being happy here.

Pros

Great work environment and people. Collaborative teams in every area. Everyone willing to help no matter the task. No politics. Nimble company. Decisions are made quickly and teams are open to trying new things.

Cons

Plan to hit the ground running. Everyone works with a sense of urgency but there is plenty of fun to be had. Think "work hard" / "play hard." You are given the opportunity to fail, learn and get better at what you do. Learning new things may take you out of your comfort zone, but the growth of the company and the flexibility of the work environment gives you plenty of opportunities to move around.
