Pros

Loved working here for a couple years. Leadership was a bit disorganized and inconsistent. But overall we were treated well and there was consistent focus on making work-life better. Pay was always reasonable.

Cons

Inconsistent messaging from leadership. Put a lot of pressure on on-boarding.
