Great place for entry level experience.

Pros

Company tries hard to maintain its inclusive culture. Benefits are good but there is a little room for improvement. Work/Life balance is great. Current Senior leadership is good at startup and run processes.

Cons

Leadership has great experience with startups but little experience with run and grow. Seasoned leadership with solid growth experience is sorely needed. Salaries are on par for the Gainesville area but are not competitive in the industry.

Pros

My experience with SharpSpring overall has been amazing, I’m grateful for all the opportunities I’ve been given here. As company we have an awesome work environment, opportunities to grow, great coworkers with amazing skills, the company is growing quickly, effective teamwork, great culture, diversity, company values are good, there is an inclusive environment, we have equal opportunities, and also we strong leadership.

Cons

Workflow can be demanding but there is great teamwork and support from leadership to get all tasks completed.

Pros

The people are amazing. Every day was like coming to work with a real team, who cared. My department in particular was comprised of some of the most hard-working and charitable people I've ever had the fortune of knowing.

Cons

1. Inter-departmental communication was nonexistent. 2. Things are subject to change drastically, and without warning, and your work will be thrown completely under the bus. 3. HR has been known to turn a blind eye to favoritism. They are not your friends.
